Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and present information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
  • Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
  • Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
