About The Position

OneTouch Direct is looking for enthusiastic Bilingual Inside Sales Representatives to join our vibrant team. As a leading provider of contact center solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and their customers. In this role, you will utilize your sales skills to connect with customers, present products and services, and ultimately close sales.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, competitive energy, and the ability to communicate professionally. This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and present information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
• Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
• Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
