At CenterWell, Inbound Contacts Representatives serve as advocates for our members. They help to resolve complex questions and pending issues to ensure a perfect member experience. In this role you will work from home in a virtual call-center environment taking inbound calls from CenterWell Pharmacy members. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment while navigating between multiple computer applications to access member information and document calls. You will provide a positive experience to our members through active listening skills and effective communication. You will self-manage with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards within established policies/practices and guidelines. You will handle 80 to 100 calls/day on average.
