About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ professionals and over 45 years of trusted home service. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, with the potential to earn between $20 and $30 per hour on average with commission. The schedule is part-time and flexible, with a requirement to be available to work weekends. The location is on W. Flagler Street.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Prior sales or lead generation experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to stand and walk during shift.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings at our Miami, FL branch.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings.
• Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — our expert sales advisors handle the rest.
