Position Overview The Immigration Attorney will represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters, providing legal counsel, case preparation, and court representation. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English , detail-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active license to practice law (Florida preferred, other states considered)
• Bilingual: Spanish and English (mandatory)
• 1+ year experience in immigration law (preferred but not required for strong candidates)
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle immigration cases including family-based petitions, asylum, TPS, VAWA, U visas, adjustment of status, and removal defense
• Prepare and file applications with USCIS, EOIR, and DHS
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings
• Conduct client consultations in Spanish and English
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records
• Stay current on U.S. immigration laws and policy updates
