Must have excellent communication skills, while being articulate and professional. Assist with new hire onboarding process. --Face to face interaction with new hires--Assist in data entry of employees' paperwork--Scanning, importing and saving new hire records in database--Ability to operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, copiers, printers--I-9 Retention--Type 40 WPM--Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel--Self-Motivated--Willing to accept and take on new responsibilities as needed-- Must be Bilingual--English to Spanish Work Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00 a.m.--4:30 p.m. Fridays 7:00 a.m.--3:30 p.m. 30 minute lunch Pay : $15.00 per hour while on Complete Staffing payroll Dress Code : Business Casual Your resume MUST DETAIL your experience, in order to be considered.
