About The Position
Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG) is seeking a Bilingual HR Representative to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone at the coordinator or early-career level looking to grow within Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- 1–3 years of HR, admin, or coordinator experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with field and office employees
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Answer employee questions related to HR policies and benefits
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with employee relations and performance documentation
- Support compliance, reporting, and HR administrative tasks
