Responsibilities

  • Assumes the Lead Role in Championing Implementation of Wellness Coordination.
  • Chairs and manages the newly developing 4M Wellness Committee.
  • Assumes primary relationship role with Vendor Contact(s).
  • Monitors enrollment and participation statistics.
  • Presents options and opportunities for Supervisor/HR Vice President approval.
  • Provides continuous communication and emphasis of program goals.
  • Fosters and develops buy-in at the Operational Management Level.
  • Ensures all communication is effectively reaching the intended audience.
  • Proactively leads and encourages the search for ideas/materials.
  • Proactively seeks effective best practices to improve participation.
  • Acts as the primary contact for Team Member enrollments and terminations.
  • Handles inquiries related to Team Member processes.
  • Acts as the primary contact for PayCor Vendor processes and issue tickets.
  • Manages WinTeam and PayCor eligibility and enrollment data entry/uploads.
  • Handles payroll and other deduction entries.
  • Runs reports for eligibility - ACA, AFLAC, Standard Union.
  • Manages COBRA enrollments and monthly insurance premium payments.
  • Responds to State & Court Medical Notices and inquiries.
  • Reviews EDI files from Carriers for accuracy and corrections.
  • Performs dependent verifications and documentation.
  • Manages all facets of the Annual Open Enrollment processes.
  • Assists with Leave of Absence processes.
  • Assists with STD/LTD processes.
  • Maintains relationships with Insurance Carrier Contacts.
  • Travels to acquisition sites as needed or directed.
  • Assists HR System Specialist in eHub/WinTeam for Paid Time Benefit Tracking.
  • Handles routine inquiries and troubleshooting for benefit balance inquiries.
  • Manages employee dispute inquiries.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs system transactions.
  • Corrects user error transactions.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs employee master file settings.
  • Acts as primary backup to Supervisor for payroll wizards - accrual and usage.
  • Handles acquisition data entry processes.
  • Performs other work as needed, including assisting with data export projects.
  • Uses Excel to perform advanced filtering and data consolidation.
  • Attends Teams meetings, trainings, and webinars for development.
