Pay Rate: $ 15.50 /hr — and yes, we pay weekly! Enjoy a 4‑day work schedule with either a 1‑hour unpaid lunch or two 30‑minute unpaid breaks. Housekeeping : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, nursing room for mothers, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. General warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs. Bilingual Requirement / Requisito Bilingüe : English: This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The Housekeeper will interact with warehouse staff, supervisors, and safety teams, and must be able to understand instructions, safety guidelines, and operational updates in both languages. Work may be inside or outside in various building and weather conditions. Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time. Lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less. Walking/standing (85-90% of the shift), going up and down stairs, bending, stooping and reaching. Qualifications : Must be at least 18 years of age Janitorial related experience preferred. Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor. Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy in all interactions. Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time sensitive situations. Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize. Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity. Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
