About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Home Care Associate to join our Dover, NJ office. As an Associate for BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Client Service Managers, Clinical Managers, and Directors to gain valuable insight and experience in the home health care industry. Requirements

• Ability to take ownership, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Interest in the healthcare industry.
• Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English & Spanish is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Participating in team meetings.
• Performing general administrative duties including answering phones and emails.
• Assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services.
• Leading field staff in providing quality home care.
• Increasing the office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
