The Agricultural Worker Program (AWP) is seeking a Bilingual Health Educator to join the team. Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR certification
• Current PA Driver’s license
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently

Nice To Haves

• Community health workers or medical assistant training is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Providing various health screening services, risk reduction counseling, and health education to migrant and seasonal farm workers at their homes, farms, labor camps and other outreach settings
• Work with the Regional Office Manager/Outreach Coordinator to refer and assist farm workers in accessing medical and community resources to meet their health needs
