About The Position

Create a welcoming and positive first impression for members and visitors, provide initial assistance and direct them to the appropriate personnel or resources. Manage lobby flow, answer basic inquiries and perform miscellaneous support functions as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of good customer relations.
• Three to six months customer service experience.
• Good communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Cooperative and willing to assist others.
• Well-organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to use basic business equipment and telephone.

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of business service functions.
• Prior clerical or customer service experience helpful, particularly in a sales environment.
• Ability to speak and read Spanish and/or Vietnamese fluently strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned greeter and support function.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining friendly, professional business relations with external members, vendors, and trade professionals.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relations with Credit Union personnel and management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
