Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales.
  • Valid Arizona real estate license (required).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Passion for creating memorable vacation experiences and motivating others to achieve greatness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive Results: Manage the sales floor to achieve or surpass operating budget targets and maintain Hilton Grand Vacations' performance standards.
  • Close Deals: Assist with presentations and finalize sales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Coach for Success: Conduct weekly training sessions and refresher courses to keep your team sharp and motivated.
  • Monitor Metrics: Track VPG, referrals, Medallia scores, and other KPIs to ensure top-tier performance.
  • Maintain Accountability: Provide constructive feedback and hold team members to the highest standards of professionalism and success.
