About The Position

The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative at Teleflora serves as the primary contact for florists, handling customer service inquiries and ensuring a high level of service. Candidates must be fluent in both French and English and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college business courses preferred.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions with little direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to speak clearly with good diction.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls from member florists regarding customer service inquiries.
• Process customer requests including billing calls and confirming floral orders.
• Assist customers with questions, product purchases, and problem resolution.
• Handle customer monthly statements, flower orders, product orders, and directory changes.
• Manage co-op advertising orders and changes, wire order guarantee disputes, and credit card deposits.
• Troubleshoot credit card equipment and assist with web hosting and technology inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
