About The Position

As a Bilingual Floating Retail Specialist at Asurion, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This position requires you to travel to various locations within the district as directed by the District Manager, ensuring flexibility in your schedule to meet business needs. You will be the face of Asurion, providing award-winning, personalized customer experiences while troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices. Your responsibilities will include driving quality sales through various roles, managing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. You will also be responsible for sharing best practices and feedback with leadership to improve processes within the stores. This role demands a commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction, as you will be expected to listen to customer needs and provide accurate information in line with Asurion's values. Additionally, you will undergo a comprehensive 5-week training program, which includes certifications from Apple and Samsung, to equip you with the necessary skills for success in this position.
