About The Position

The Bilingual Financial Center Consultant I (Teller) at EECU in Watauga is responsible for delivering exceptional member service while conducting various teller transactions. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or financial environment.
• Strong cash handling skills with the ability to balance accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish (bilingual required).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good listening skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Relevant computer skills and solid math abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a customer service role that emphasizes relationship building.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Provide guidance on EECU products and services to members.
• Build exceptional rapport with members and deliver excellent service.
• Support marketing initiatives within the branch.
• Greet members and assist or direct them to appropriate employees as needed.
• Balance cash handling daily without overages or shortages.
