About The Position

The Bilingual Family Service Care Coordinator (FSCC) is responsible for facilitating the Wraparound process for families with children at risk of abuse, neglect, or psychiatric hospitalization. This role involves working collaboratively with families, youth, and community providers to implement a range of services aimed at crisis stabilization and long-term support. The FSCC must be bilingual in English and Spanish and is required to become certified in the Wraparound process within the first year of employment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience working with children and families.
• Experience with children and families with complex needs.
• Familiarity with the Rhode Island system of care.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Wraparound process for families with children at risk for abuse and neglect.
• Work with families, youth, and community providers to implement FCCP Wraparound services.
• Ensure effective linkages to needed support and treatment services.
• Develop and facilitate Wraparound Family Team plans for participating families.
• Conduct residential and community visits to clients' locations.
