The Bilingual Family Advocate is a relationship-focused role that supports families as they navigate services, resources, and the challenges of early childhood. You’ll work directly with parents and caregivers to understand their needs, set relevant goals, check-in with them, connect them to helpful community supports, and stay alongside them as those needs change.
