This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building trust, solving problems, and keeping families organized and informed. Strong documentation and follow-through are essential, and you’ll be part of a collaborative Family Engagement team that values compassion, cultural responsiveness, and the unique strengths every family brings.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and family needs at once.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely documentation.
  • Comfort using computers, databases, and digital case-noting tools; willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Cultural humility, empathy, and the ability to engage respectfully with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support family development while meeting them where they are at.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of Family Engagement initiatives, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential case notes and documentation in alignment with agency and program requirements.
