Bilingual Evening Cleaning Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a bilingual Evening Commercial (Office Cleaning) Manager to lead, train, and support our employees and supervisors while ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with Controllers (General Cleaners), Floaters, Floor Techs, Day Porters, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Train new staff, including Controllers, Floaters, Floor Techs, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Retrain staff as needed to maintain standards.
- Follow up on complaints and requests using a cell phone application.
- Conduct regular inspections via a cell phone application.
- Monitor and respond to nightly staff absences.
- Ensure all accounts are covered according to the schedule by coordinating with the team.
- Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Assist in resolving over-budget cleaning issues.
- Approve staff timecards accurately.
