About The Position
In this primarily home-based role, you will quote and sell homeowner's and renter's insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects from advertising and purchased leads while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. You will spend 80% of your time working from home, with occasional travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. The starting pay is $25.00/hour, with a Variable Compensation monthly bonus plan that can range from $2,500.00-$5,000.00 per month, uncapped, based on sales performance. There is a 7% shift premium for bilingual agents (English/Spanish).
