This is a full-time remote (hybrid optional) position, based in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or other Asia timezone markets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin - spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value
  • Hunger and drive to exceed targets
  • High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths
  • Contacting and engaging with new leads to schedule appointments for the Admissions Team
  • Proactive high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS and WApp
  • Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge
  • Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including our Asia Sales & Marketing team
