Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a licensed preschool setting
• At least 18 years old
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA certification
• 5–10 years in licensed childcare or 2–3 years in a Montessori environmen
