You are naturally a caring and relational person, but you know how to balance that with getting to the work at hand; juggling multiple tasks and priorities, all while providing top-notch service to each and every donor. You're the first point of contact for donors who have questions about their accounts, helping them navigate their way through their accounts, answering questions, supporting their goals, and providing guidance along the way. Knowing that every interaction with a donor is an opportunity to deepen relationships, build trust, and make a positive impact! This role requires demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to listen, speak, read, and write in both languages in a donor-facing environment.
