Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas and storage spaces
• Operate dishwashing machinery and manual cleaning tools effectively
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen cleanup as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
