About The Position

CreditAssociates, an industry leading financial services company, is recruiting self-driven and career-minded individuals to make $50,000 - $60,000 in their first year as a Bilingual Debt Resolution Advisor. We also offer a language differential for our Bilingual Debt Resolution Advisors. Spanish/English this role you are critical to our client’s success and the company’s ability to achieve our ambitious growth goals. Requirements

  • Must be comfortable and very skilled with problem solving and emotional resolution
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of call center experience helpful, not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation
  • Financial services related experience a plus, not required.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure client satisfaction while providing a world-class customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients regarding financial, debt and credit-related questions
  • Resolve client concerns by providing details about their program, answering their questions, and providing personal solutions with first call resolution in mind
  • Meet call flow requirements, productivity metrics, KPI goals, and schedule adherence
  • Maintain client information utilizing business software systems, training, and tools
  • Support and communicate with team members professionally and respectfully
  • Provide information, support, and counseling to clients in an upbeat professional manner
  • Motivate and retain clients to graduate from our program to achieve their goal of becoming debt free
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to deescalate tension and emotion
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture
