About The Position

We are seeking a talented and analytical Bilingual Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Requirements

• English level B2 or higher (conversational).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in data science or similar analytical roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, R, and Databricks.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data modeling.
• Experience in machine learning and AI projects.
• Ability to optimize data extraction, integration, and querying processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business processes.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, SQL, Spark, and R.
• Apply statistical and probabilistic methods to validate models and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Support AI and advanced modeling initiatives to enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
