About The Position

Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Data Analyst to support business decision-making across commercial performance, go-to-market execution, marketing activities, and operational insights. This role provides structured analysis and reporting that support day-to-day and longer-term business decisions. This candidate must speak and write both English and Mandarin. Location: This position must work onsite in our Alpharetta, GA office. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Commercial & Performance Analysis • Analyze sell-out, sell-in, revenue, volume, and margin performance across SKUs, channels, and retailers • Identify trends, seasonality, and performance anomalies over time • Support recurring and ad-hoc business reviews across all planning and reporting cycles Marketing & GTM Analytics Support • Support analysis of marketing initiatives, GTM activities, and commercial actions • Track performance movement related to promotions, pricing changes, and market interventions • Provide analytical support to help teams understand performance drivers and gaps Pricing, Inventory & Operational Insights • Support pricing and promotion analysis • Assist with inventory availability, fulfillment, and operational diagnostics • Identify potential execution or supply-related issues impacting performance Reporting & Data Enablement • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools • Develop Excel- and Python-based analysis for deep dives and ad-hoc requests • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting outputs Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Product Marketing, GTM, E-commerce, and Operations teams • Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs • Communicate findings and observations in a concise, business-oriented manner Qualifications: • 2-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill • Bilingual with English & Mandarin (required) Hisense USA is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
