About The Position

Your mission is to help customers have an excellent experience with Wise mainly via phone but also via email. This isn't your normal call center - we do things differently - and our Consumer Customer Support Associates are here to help millions more potential customers save money by using Wise!

Requirements

  • Strong verbal & written English and Spanish skills.
  • Flexibility to work 5×2 (five days of working and two days of rest) with 8 hours of work per day, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Organized and methodical in approach with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to remain cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to own up to mistakes and follow through on commitments.
  • Open-minded and comfortable giving or receiving feedback, eager to learn new things.
  • Team-player who treats everyone with respect and contributes to a great working culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in banking or finance.
