About The Position

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. They are responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining high quality and visual standards of products and the store. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. This is a Full Time position located at Store #708611, 1110 Ocean Beach Hwy, Longview, WA 98632, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour. Job duties include contact with customers, potentially minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
