We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative; you will be responsible for helping customers by providing energetic and delightful assistance in managing any requests they have on their insurance accounts with our company. Base hourly + commission averages to $25 / hour depending on performance. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will engage with clients to build relationships, understand their insurance needs, and recommend personalized solutions. You will conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our insurance products and services. Your role will also involve delivering informative and engaging presentations to clients, explaining policy details and benefits, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. You will assist Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of policies, and identify opportunities to offer additional products or coverage to existing clients. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with evenings off, and provides a supportive environment for career growth and development. You will receive hands-on training and have opportunities for advancement within the company. The role is based in Napa, CA, and requires commuting to the office during specified hours.
