About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with customers.
  • A proactive mindset to improve processes and support best practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, client facing role, or a related field.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and systems.
  • Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
  • Open and close accounts, process payments, and update account information.
  • Respond to billing questions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Escalate concerns to Tier II or management when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and manage email inboxes.
  • Support general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and mail services.
  • Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
