About The Position
Call Center Environment - Typical day - finance loans, servicing auto loans, speaking to customers and insurance companies. - Customers could want to know their balance, they could want to make a payment, or know their statement information. Questions could be about titles, claims, and total loss. - Typical day - calls per day range from 40-60 calls per day.
