We are seeking qualified, bilingual candidates for the position of Consumer Affairs Representative I (French) at our Southern Pines, NC and Richmond, Virginia facilities. This is a hybrid, salaried, overtime-eligible role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. As the first point of contact for our customers, this position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and representing our brand with professionalism and care. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE This role includes a structured step-increase program designed to support development and reward performance: Starting Salary: $39,000 annually Scheduled Pay Increases: At 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, based on performance and tenure We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills with experience in data entry, e-mail, and the Internet across multiple systems
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

  • Answer, process and document incoming phone calls, e-mails and letters from retail consumers in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • May cross train on specialty brands to answer consumer phone calls and respond to e-mails, which may entail offering white glove customer service.
