As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Waste Connections, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy. Process customer requests including new service setup, service changes, and service discontinuations. Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues. Provide safe, cost‑effective, environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.
