About The Position

Waste Connections company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep. Our Customer Service Rep will work directly with the Customer Service Supervisor to field calls from customers and work to resolve problems they raise concerning service or billing. We seek individuals with a leadership mentality and desire to grow with promotional opportunities in this role. The position requires effective communication with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The role is essential in maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service and ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing service requests, and managing billing inquiries. This includes filling out contract forms, determining charges for services requested, collecting deposits, and preparing change of address records. The representative will also be tasked with taking payments, managing bank deposits, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering services in a manner that promotes goodwill and fosters positive relationships with customers. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-2 required Saturdays per month.
