Purpose of the Position: As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
- Computer and typing skills required
- Excellent attendance
- Self-starter with great attention to detail
- Customer service mindset
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong work ethic
- A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best
- Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
- Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
