About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative (contract position) will manage customer and dealer concerns at our customer contact centre. Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (English/French)
  • College Diploma preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be Team oriented, self-motivated and customer focused
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Technically oriented and dedicated to providing first rate customer service

Responsibilities

  • Reading the customer’s file in its entirety
  • Researching all available systems to determine what steps need to be taken to respond to the customer’s concern(s)
  • Working with various departments within FCA Canada to ensure the customer’s needs are met
  • Contacting all necessary parties to gather pertinent information, updating the Case file records as the file progresses, keeping commitments and including details of the final resolution
  • Being committed to a team environment with the ability to provide extraordinary service and delivery of creative and resourceful solutions that will ensure the best interest of our customers
