As a Customer Account Representative, you will provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. Your role will involve delivering top-notch customer experiences through friendly service, handling deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles as assigned.
• Refurbish merchandise to like new condition and keep the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
