We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is the heartbeat of our retention and client satisfaction efforts. The CSR ensures policies stay on the books, remarkets renewals proactively, and provides top-notch service to every customer interaction. Requirements

  • Bilingual - English & Spanish (Required)
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM (proficiency test may be required)
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Strong multitasking skills - able to handle multiple calls, systems, and tasks efficiently
  • Prior insurance service experience preferred; multi-carrier experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing book of business by remarketing renewals and addressing rate increases before cancellation.
  • Monitor pending cancellations and non-payments daily, and take proactive steps to retain policies.
  • Handle inbound service calls, emails, and texts from policyholders with professionalism and empathy.
  • Log all service activity accurately in our agency management system (NowCerts).
  • Assist customers with completing e-signs, updating documents, and providing missing information to carriers.
  • Work closely with teammates and management to meet service and retention goals.
