As a Contract Bilingual Onboarding Associate you will… Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments. Manage client requirements for onboarding (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc). Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance). Serve as contact for contractor questions and facilitate communication with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution. Assist with contractor payroll by confirming missed punches, coordinating supervisor approval of timecards, and entering new hires into the UKG system. Support the On‑Premise Manager with new‑hire orientations and onsite facility tours. Let’s talk money and perks!
