Do you want to use your clinical skills to support unaccompanied immigrant children as part of a vibrant, supportive team? EnCircle is hiring a Clinician (licensed or license-eligible) to provide clinical support to children in our Long Term Foster Care program in Newport News, VA. Our Bilingual Clinician will be working with immigrant children who likely do not speak English and are from a variety of countries. Access to language interpretation services will be available for the ideal candidate. You will be responsible for carrying a caseload, providing clinical services using best practices, and will supervise an additional mental health clinician. Reporting to the Lead Clinician, our Clinician for Long Term Foster Care will provide comprehensive services using appropriate modalities tailored to that child while using a trauma-informed care approach. As a clinician you will also provide individual and group therapy. You will be responsible for completing initial assessments, preliminary and ongoing treatment plans, and coordinating services to ensure high-quality care of our unaccompanied children (UC). This position reports to the office daily in person.
