About Us: Merrimack Autism Consultants (MAC) is a privately owned organization that provides individualized, home-based services for individuals on the autism spectrum. We are currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. About the Role: The BCBA Supervisor serves as the clinical supervisor for all home-based and center-based programs within their assigned location. This role provides both consultative and direct instructional behavioral services to clients, ensuring the highest quality of care and support.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years working with clients applying ABA principles of which at least one (1) of those years involved the management and oversight of other staff persons working directly with clients
  • Must hold an active BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BCBA and be willing to become licensed in the state of MA if licensure has not already been obtained at the time of hire
  • Must have superior organizational and managerial skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with both supervisors and subordinates
  • CPR Certified
  • CPI and Safety Care Certified

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments as needed and developing individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Ensuring effective implementation of all in-home and center-based treatment programs for clients on their caseload
  • Providing appropriate supervision and mentorship to BCBA candidates and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BCBA supervision guidelines
  • Collaborating with families and staff to promote consistent, evidence-based practices across all environments
  • Maintaining professional certification and licensure with the BACB and state agencies.
  • Maintaining professionalism in all areas of presentation both in person and in written work/correspondence with team members/administrators.
  • Communicating issues and concerns regarding cases and progress with the clinical director clearly, effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the clinical director or other member of the administrative leadership team in matters related to utilization and timesheet management for cases they supervise.
  • Scheduling and organizing a monthly team meeting for all cases that they supervise.
