Bilingual Clinical Research Assistant/Lab Technician- Austin, Texas
About The Position
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Research Assistant to join our Austin team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in clinical research, with hands-on training toward a future Clinical Research Coordinator position. You will work directly with study participants and research staff to support clinical trials, collect patient data, and perform protocol-required procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish REQUIRED
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Interest in growing into a Clinical Research Coordinator role
Responsibilities
- Assist with study visits, including vitals, EKGs, interviews, and documentation
- Provide bilingual support for Spanish-speaking participants
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing per study protocols
- Maintain accurate research records and data entry
- Support coordinators with daily clinical trial activities
