About The Position
The Client Service Representative - Outreach will provide essential support to clients of the New York Medicaid CHOICE Program by conducting outreach and enrollment services. This role involves educating clients about managed care and public health programs, including the New York Independent Assessor Program (NYIAP), and requires engagement with clients, community organizations, and county staff to assist with their enrollment and program navigation.
