Requirements

Sales expertise is required (cold calling and B2B sales experience is a must)
Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or sales strongly preferred
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities

Responsibilities

Actively source, recruit, screen, and place candidates to meet urgent client needs
Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, and B2B sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage multiple open requisitions and fill roles quickly and efficiently
Stay highly organized while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Meet and exceed sales and placement goals
Handle customer service issues professionally and proactively
Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system
Be flexible and take on new responsibilities as the branch grows
Support branch operations and leadership initiatives
Demonstrate leadership potential and prepare for advancement into a Branch Manager role
