Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Solid computer multitasking skills.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths.

Nice To Haves

• An associate's degree or higher.
• Active Adjusters insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in both English and Spanish.
• Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Learn and expand knowledge of the insurance industry and GEICO's offerings.

• $22.63-$28.29 per hour/$45,599.45 - $57,004.35 annually.
• 10% additional differential for bilingual skillset.

• Hybrid role: Training 100% in-office (6-9 months); post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week.
