Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on progressive education in healthcare.
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for innovation.
  • BLS/CPR Certification to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Up to one year of experience in a medical assistant role, with a preference for those demonstrating forward-thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, leveraging digital tools to enhance patient interactions.
  • Proficiency in modern front desk, clerical, or healthcare support technologies.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a multidisciplinary, tech-savvy team.
  • Commitment to preventive healthcare and a team-based approach to delivery.
  • Experience with computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records, with a preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities.
  • Phlebotomy skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
