Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
- Valid driver's license
- Social security card
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
