About The Position
Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver who loves helping others? At Total Care Connections, we’re growing quickly and bringing on 5–10 new clients and patients every week across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Florence, and Casa Grande. Requirements
- Must speak and understand both English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. and perform caregiving duties
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care and companionship in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities (ayuda con higiene, comidas, movilidad, y ejercicios)
- Support clients with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Monitor client well-being and report changes promptly
