About The Position

What the day looks like: In this important role, you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people. It’s fast-paced, and requires a high degree of empathy as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances. No two days are the same. You’ll often be the first voice people hear when they call, and you may be the last person they meet, as you hand them their check at the end of their case. Strong computer/typing ability (data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel). Excellent time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish), required. Requirements

  • Customer service, call center, or sales skills. (1-3+ years of related experience is a plus.)
